I need to book a session, what do I do?
A.Thank you for considering me as your photographer, please review the pricing page, then go to the inquire tab and leave as much details as possible, I will contact you within 24-48 hours.
How much is a session?
A.Session pricing varies on how long you need and how many images you want. Please review pricing to have an idea
Can I get more images?
A.Absolutely, after a session, the images will be sent for you to select your favorites, If more than the images in your package is selected, each additional image is $20
When will I receive my images?
A.All sessions will be delivered at earliest 2 weeks and latest 1 month, but this will be discussed with you
Why can't I download the whole gallery?
A.You can only download the number of images in your selected package.
Can you not post my photos on social media?
A.Not a problem, let me know before signing a contract :)
Do I have to? I don't want to sign a contract
A.I require every session to sign a contract as this is to protect both parties (you and I)
How much is a retainer? Do I have to pay?
A.Yes every session requires a retainer to confirm booking, the retainer is also 50% of your session total and it goes towards your session balance. PS: It is non refundable.
Can I move my session date?
A.You can only move your session once as long as the date works for both parties.
Do I get a discount as a first time customer?
A.My pricing is already at an affordable rate, feel free to subscribe to emails for future promotions.
Can I gift a session?
A.Absolutely! Please send an e-mail to bolaslens@gmail.com
When is my balance due?
A.Your balance is due day of the session. You can always pay earlier :)
Will you be retouching my skin for outdoor session?
A.I don't retouch skins for outdoor sessions it is an additional cost if needed. Please communicate this with me.
